Omni Severin Hotel

Awesome place. We stayed on the 10th floor facing Union station had a balcony and it was a great room. Room was spacious and bed was awesome. I wish I could buy this type of mattress for home. The pillows were even awesome. The bar is a great place to chill and relax. Lots of good cocktails. Not bad to get to and is just off the hustle and bustle enough to feel relaxed. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Staff was extremely exceptional and very attentive but valet parking was not so great. When we pulled in, said they would not valet park and eventually told us to pull to the side, but eventually said they would valet park. Not friendly and always pressure washing the driveway which did not seem that dirty. I walked out of the motel to look around, and once again they were pressure washing almost look like they were washing cars.

As a Australian Fam, We have been travelling the USA for a month now, Indianapolis was our last stop and wow did the Omni did not fail to impress...from the moment we walked into the lobby, checked in and up to our room it has been flawless... beds are like clouds, incredible staff service, quiet location but also perfectly located for walking. We haven't slept so soundly and comfortably since we left home, the hotel is absolutely stunning. Also special mention to China, who came to our rescue when we became stranded at the Ironman raceway after the MXON, she went above and beyond for a very stressed out mum with 3 upset kids, getting us back to the hotel safely and also walking into our room to be greeted with snacks and a card honestly just so beautiful Could not rate this Hotel more highly

I booked a room with a pull out bed, they were very, very accommodating. My kiddo slept on a couch. That's not the reason for the markdown on The Star, though. Absolutely, beautiful hotel. It's an absolutely beautiful hotel with absolutely beautiful service when we checked in. I think the attendant realized they had given us a room without a pull-out bed and she tried to ask for an upgrade. The manager thought we were asking for an upgrade and was very adamant. If not close to the rude, "absolutely not." So when we got to our room, we realized my son did not have a bed, but they sent up pillows and blankets, and we went to the Punch Bowl Social, and the pool was fun. I think my star markdown comes from the rude manager, everything else was absolutely wonderful, and I will absolutely stay here again. Omni had, beautiful service when we checked in. I can't say enough positive things about Omni Hotel. It is a beautiful historical hotel, the staff are amazing and go above and beyond for their guests. The food in both the restaurant and Cafe is excellent. The atmosphere is so uplifting and you feel special.

Room was really nice. The people were nice and very helpful. But the location (during big event) is horrible. Make sure you get there early. We waited almost 2 hours to get into the valet and ended up just going to an event parking lot and paying $100 for all night. But... the hotel itself was amazing.

I stayed at the Omni Severin hotel for my 40th birthday weekend and was treated like a queen. I signed up for the rewards program and was greeted with a glass of wine. The black lady at the front desk was so hospital and polite. (I apologize I cant remember her name.) She made me feel like I've known her all my life! I even got a special gift in my room once I returned from dinner! Thank you all for contributing to my special night! I will only stay here when I'm in town.

Comfy beds. Nice staff. The wifi is a hassle and devices do not auto connect every day when you leave, even if you select for wifi to stay up during the duration of the stay. The showers are glass walls with gaps so every time I shower my bathroom floor is soaked.
